If you are an open minded adult who is experiencing a challenging situation, and/or anxiety, unhappiness, indecisiveness, mild to moderate depression, or sadness - and hoping for support and ultimately a more satisfying life - my practice is particularly suited for you.
Psychotherapy is a joint journey of discovery. A journey of curiosity and searching for meaning, where little by little you dare to ask yourself all the questions and see that you can choose the answer.

Though you may come to therapy to solve a problem, I hope you leave therapy - not only with a satisfactory outcome for that difficulty - but with a renewed understanding of how to live your joyous life.

Payments and Arrangements
Introductory 15 minute virtual sessions or phone calls are always welcome.
I do not accept private insurance. The fee for Individual 50 minute sessions is $150.
Medicare insurance is also welcome.
Payment is accepted by check, venmo, or cash at time of appointment. (No credit cards.)
