Payments and Arrangements

​For Private Insurance payment is expected at the time of the visit, and I can provide you with the needed documentation for reimbursement when this is allowed by your plan.

 

​II accept Medicare insurance.

The out of pocket fee is $150 per 50 minute session.

Payment is accepted by check, venmo or cash at time of appointment. (No credit cards.)
